I would like to apologize for a problem with the Gluten-free and Vegan Bread book
that I became aware of shortly after the book was published. I didn’t realize during
the development and testing of some of the recipes that my oven wasn’t holding its
temperature. The largest section of recipes affected were the yeasted savory breads.
I’ve since replaced my oven and re-tested the recipes. I can’t apologize enough for the
time and energy you may have invested in breads that didn’t work out. The link below is an
errata sheet for those recipes, and I sincerely hope that with these corrections, you’ll try
them again. Wishing all of you great success and joy in the kitchen.
